General Motor tertarik untuk memasarkan MPV Orlando di Indonesia karena melihat potensi pasar yang besar.
Namun demikian Orlando harus bersaing ketat dengan raja MPV Indonesia, Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia.
MPV Orlando memiliki dimensi (PxLxT) 4.652 mm x 2.164 mm x 1.633 mm. Di Eropa, MPV tersebut disediakan dalam 3 pilihan mesin. Pertama mesin 1.800 cc bensin yang menghasilkan tenaga 141 dk, dan 2 pilihan tenaga dari mesin diesel 2.000 cc yakni 131 dk dan 163 dk.
Kelebihan yang dimiliki Chevrolet Orlando ini antara lain fitur keamanan yang diklaim sangat baik dengan empat buah kantong udara di bagian depan dan baris belakang kiri-kanan penumpang serta bangku penumpang didesain dengan menggunakan konsep teater yaitu semakin kebelakang semakin tinggi.
MPV tersebut pertama kali diperkenalkan di Indonesia International Motor Show, dan sudah dirilis di Central Park, Jalan S Parman, Jakarta, Senin (19/3/2012) kemarin.

Chevrolet Colorado And Orlando To Release in Indonesia About July

July is the month set by PT Geneal Motor Indonesia (GMI) to release their two vehicles in Indonesia.
They are Chevrolet Colorado and Orlando.
The competitors of Ford Ranger and Mitsubishi Strada Triton will be pointed to sale in Kalimantan, Jambi and Sumatera Selatan.
The Chevrolet Colorado Indonesia is 4X2 and 4x4 with engine capacity 2,500 cc diesel and it priced about 250 million rupiah.
While the Chevrolet Orlando will available in 3 different engines which are 1.8 liter with power 141 hp and two diesel engines 2.0 liter with power 131 Hp and 163 Hp.
