The difference lies in the engine on which BMW 550i Gran Turismo is carrying V8 4.4 liter petrol engine that equipped with TwinPower Turbo, High Precision Injection and Valvetronic. This machine is capable of creating energy 407 hp @ 5,500 rpm and maximum torque 600 Nm @ 1,750 rpm.
By using automatic transmission 8-acceleration, darting from the position it is able to sneak up to the speed of 100 kilometres per hour in just 5.5 seconds. BMW claims the average consumption is 8.9 litres of fuel for 100 kilometers.
