All-New KIA Sportage Officially Comes In Indonesia, Available in Manual And Automatic Transmission

Finally, PT Kia Mobil Indonesia (KMI) officially announced the All-New KIA Sportage in Indonesia.
The 3rd generation of KIA Sportage now is called as Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV) instead of Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) anymore, due to the design of the vehicle is more stylish, round and not rigid.
Previously on January 2011 ago, KMI indicated about to bring KIA Sportage and KMI fulfilling their promise to bring the Sportage that available in Manual and Automatic transmission.
The Sportage cost about the following:
-automatic transmission 6-acceleration — called shift tronic — valued Rp286 million (on the road in Jakarta)
-manual 5-acceleration valued Rp249.5 million

With the appearance of new or changed the face of the total, a category for the All-New Kia Sportage was shifted. If the previous two generation Sportage was called sport utility vehicle (SUV), then for All-New categorized crossover utility vehicle (CUV).

Two variants

Although its capacity remains the same (2.0 liter), a new engine that was given the name "theta" is disemati the dual CVVT technology generates steam 166 PS @ 6200 rpm and torque of 20.1 kg-m @ 4,600 rpm. As for the old machine called the "beta" has a workforce of 143 PS and torque of 16.8 kg-m.

With the new engine, the KIA claims that the All-New Sportage more efficient fuels, i.e. 8.1 litres/100 km or 12.3 km/liter fuel RON 92 (this new engine compression ratio 10.5: 1).

All-New Sportage is available in 9 color options, i.e. Bright Silver Silver, minerals, Black Cherry, Orange, Signal Red Techno, Clear White, Sand Track, Vintage Yellow Blue, and Electronic.
