The diesel version of Suzuki Swift was just introduced in UK market.
The new car named Suzuki Swift 1.3 DDiS is going to sale from the beginning of June this year.
The 2011 Suzuki Swift 1.3 DDiS Diesel comes with updated 1.3-litre diesel engine developing 75PS and 140lb.ft of torque.
About the price, the new Swift Diesel expected to cost about 12,890 GBP.

Suzuki has recently introduced a new variant to the Suzuki Swift range, called the Swift DDiS for the UK market. The car will be available on sale in the beginning of June 2011.
The new Suzuki Swift DDiS comes with an updated 1.3-litre diesel engine developing 75PS and 140lb.ft of torque. This engine allows it to sprint from 0 to 62mph in 12.7 seconds with a top speed of 103 mph. It is claimed to be more efficient comapred to the previuos-generation Swift with the 1.2-litre petrol engine. It has a combined fuel consumption of 67.3 mpg – allowing for an estimated 500 mile of drive range, while for the CO2 emissions, the new Swift DDiS is rated at 109 g/km.
Pricing wise, the five-door Suzuki Swift DDiS can be purchased for 12,890 GBP. Buyers will also get extra equipment such as seven airbags, air conditioning, a set of 16-inch alloy wheels, USB port as well as heated electric door mirrors.
